What information do I need to book a transfer?
You will need the following information including your flight(s) details and some personal details;
Your Name and contact details including a valid and operational mobile phone number and a valid email address
  1. Arrival airport/train station or pick-up location
  2. Flight number
  3. Flight arrival time
  4. Drop-off destination address
  5. Child seat requirements and age of children
  6. Details of any extra/large luggage*
  7. Return flight number
  8. Return flight departure time
  9. Any specific requirements or requests
Finally you will need your credit card details to make the secure payment for your transfer.
If you are the lead passenger booking for a group, you will only need to provide email address and passenger mobile number for yourself.
*extra luggage is anything other than one piece of hand luggage and one piece of standard hold luggage per person.
How do I book a shared shuttle transfer on the website?
Ensure you have all the information listed above to hand.
  1. Click the shuttles tab at the top of this page
  2. Scroll down and select the date you require
  3. Select the route and time* you wish to travel
  4. Input your personal details and travel details as prompted
  5. Pay online through our secure online payment system
  6. Instantly receive your confirmation email
  7. Repeat to book return journey
  8. You are now ready to travel with West Coast Transfers
*for arrivals please allow 45 minutes between your scheduled landing time and shuttle departure to clear customs and collect your baggage
How do I book a private transfer on the website?
  1. Click on the Book tab
  2. Follow the instructions under the ‘Quote & Book’ header
  3. Input your travel details
  4. Click ‘Get Quote’ for our system to instantly generate the price of your transfer
  5. To proceed, input personal details and further travel information
  6. Click ‘Send Enquiry
  7. We will contact you personally to confirm availability via email within 24 hours
  8. We will then send a confirmation email and a separate email containing a link to our secure online payment system
  9. You will be met at arrivals by your driver and taken directly to your destination
How do I use my discount code?

During the online booking process you will be prompted to input your code into the correct box. Please ensure that capital letters, numbers and spaces are observed. If you prefer to book over the phone or email us directly you can quote your discount code at the time of booking.

Can I book for someone else if I am not travelling?

Yes! If you are booking but not travelling please ensure the information you provide are the passenger details. It is important we have the correct details in case their driver needs to contact them.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes we take card payments via our website on our secure online payment system, payment in cash to your driver can also be arranged if you contact us.

Can I bring oversize luggage?

Yes. Our fleet of VW Caravelles has plenty of space for golf clubs, sports equipment or surfboard carriage. If you plan to bring more than one piece of hand luggage and one piece of standard hold luggage please inform us at the time booking so we can accommodate this.

What happens if we are delayed en route back to the airport?

When we schedule your pick-up time we take into consideration multiple factors such as the best routes and usual traffic conditions at that time of day. Whilst we do everything we can to get you to the airport on time, occasionally situations outside of our control do happen, such as extremely bad traffic, accidents, road closures and difficult driving conditions.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge. Please inform us when booking so we can ensure we have the correct safety seat for your child. Please remember that an infant/child that is in need of a child seat still constitutes as a passenger and must be included in the total number of passengers.

How many passengers can you take?

Each of our vehicles can comfortably fit 8 passengers plus your driver. We can also accommodate larger groups in a coordinated multiple vehicle transfer ensuring a more personal and comfortable start to your holiday.

I cannot find the route I want to book. What should I do?

If you cannot see the destination you require in the routes section of our website then please contact us, In most cases, we can accommodate any location or destination.

What is a shared/shuttle transfer?

A shared transfer is shared with up to 7 other people. It is a door to door service, arriving at/departing from the airport at a scheduled time. The vehicle might make stops to pick up/drop off other passengers on route. This is our cost effective and comfortable way for individual travelers or small groups to travel to your accommodation or surf camp. For more information on journey times please contact us. What is a private transfer?

A private transfer is occupied solely by you and your party. Your driver will be waiting to collect you from the designated pick up point and the transfer will leave as soon as you arrive, to drop you directly to your destination.

What will happen if I am delayed and I miss my shuttle/shared transfer?

We will endeavor to put you on the next available shuttle free of charge in the instance of unavoidable delays. Unfortunately this is not always possible but in this instance we will use every effort to help you find alternative arrangements. Please contact us as soon as possible on +33 6 35 03 01 71 to inform us of both minor and major delays.

What will happen if I am delayed and I have booked a private transfer?

Please call us as soon as possible on +33 6 35 03 01 71 to inform us of both major and minor delays. In most cases, our schedule allows extra time so that your allocated driver can pick you up. They will wait up to 60 minutes free of charge. After which time, there is a fee of €25 per hour per driver (to cover driver’s wages and parking fees). For considerable flight delays/cancellations your driver may not be able to wait due to other transfer obligations in which case we will try to allocate you a different transfer, if this is not possible you may have to re-book. In this instance we will happily produce an invoice so you can claim this expense back on your travel insurance.
